The SEAP@BEEP and SEAP@GEB programmes have been introduced to provide guidance and technical advisory services to Bumiputera micro enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through the Bumiputera Enterprise Enhancement Programme (BEEP) and the Galakan Eksport Bumiputera (GEB) programme. The guidance and advisory services will be provided by experts under the SME Expert Advisory Panel (SEAP) that comprises knowledgeable and experienced industry experts in various fields.
Under the BEEP Programme, SEAP experts can provide specialised guidance and technical advisory services in the areas of digitisation, technology adoption, e-commerce, quality certification and marketing. Under the GEB Programme, SEAP experts can provide guidance and technical advisory services specifically in export-related areas such as strategies for export markets, overseas marketing & promotion, quality certification and halal product development.

SME Corp. Malaysia also never appointed a consultant/third party for companies to fill and submit applications under this program. If it is found that the company uses a consultant/third party, SME Corp Malaysia reserves the right to cancel/withdraw the company's application automatically.
Warning:
Providing false or misleading information for the purpose of defrauding SME Corp. Malaysia is a crime under the Penal Code which penalties include imprisonment and with whipping and shall also be liable to fine. In addition, SME Corp. Malaysia may deny any benefits, rewards or assistance if false information is associated to an application.
SME Corp. Malaysia also wish to highlight the provision under Section 17A MACC Act 2009 is a provision that stipulates a corporate liability principle where a commercial organisation can be considered guilty if any of its employees and/or associates commit corruption for the benefit of the organisation. The commercial organisation is also considered guilty in the event whether or not, the upper management or its representatives know about the corruption acts committed by its employees or associates.
