Replacement of BNM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
Bank Negara Malaysia is inviting the Principal / Partners / Distributors / Resellers / System Integrators (interested party) who fulfil the requirements listed below to submit proposal for above mentioned system.
Mandatory Requirements
Only solutions and companies meet the following requirements will be considered:
- Off-the shelf CRM solution
- Not a public cloud solution
- System support and maintenance services Vendor / Partner of the proposed system must be present in Malaysia.
- Principal and Partner / Implementer must have positive net worth for the past 3 financial years.
- The Company and its director/s have NO pending legal cases or outstanding summons that may impact the delivery of the project.
Issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) Document
The RFP document will be issued via e-mail to the interested party after the confirmation of the mandatory requirements with supporting documents (proof). RFP document fee is RM400 inclusive of GST and it is non-refundable.

System support and maintenance services SSM Form 24 and Form 49 Vendor / Partner of the proposed software must be present in Malaysia.
Positive net worth for the past 3 financial years Declaration – The attached form [For Principal and Partner]
No pending legal cases, and no outstanding Declaration - The attached form. summons. Directors in their own personal capacity will also need to comply with these requirements -
Proof of Payment (RM400) A receipt copy in PDF or image file
The issuance of RFP document via e-mail is done at the interested parties own risk. Bank Negara Malaysia disclaims all liability for RFP document issued via e-mail that are not received by the interested parties.
Only the interested parties, whom have been issued the RFP document, are allowed to submit the proposal.
Delivery of Completed RFP Document
The details of the submission procedure will be stated in the RFP document. BNM shall not be responsible for any loss of RFP document or delayed RFP submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of the RFP documents.
BNM reserves the absolute right to select and/or short list a group of companies or otherwise reject the RFP at this RFP stage itself with no obligation to inform the Suppliers the reasons for such actions.
