The Enterprise 50 (E50) is a prestigious award programme that recognizes the achievements of Malaysia's enterprising small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which are well positioned for the future. A total of 50 winners are selected based on their financial capabilities, operations and management competencies, among the nominations received.
OBJECTIVES
- Promote a greater pursuit of excellence among local enterprises;
- Recognize contributions of local enterprises towards the growth of the nation and to encourage them to assume a greater role in the economy;
- Encourage and recognize the entrepreneurial spirit among local companies; and
- Establish a platform on which emerging local companies can gain recognition and greater visibility.
Eligibility criteria

Fulfil definition of MSME

Rated 4-star and above under SME Competitiveness Rating for Enhancement (SCORE)

Not listed on Bursa Malaysia

Must have latest three (3) years' audited financial statements

Subsidiaries of participating parent companies are not eligible
BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAMME
Enterprise 50 winners will:
- Recognised as one of the top 50 MSMEs in Malaysia
- Brand recognition as a prestigious company
- Usage of the E50 logo on all promotional materials
- Priority will be given for invitation to SME Corp. Malaysia programs including Business Matching sessions
- As a potential company for listing on Bursa Malaysia
