Introduced in 2021, the Glocal Linkages SME Programme (GLOSMEP) is an initiative curated by SME Corp. Malaysia as an integrated platform for MSMEs and business partners to initiate business discussions and potential deals in accessing the domestic market as well as the global supply and value chain.

The MatchMe platform is one of the main components under GLOSMEP which has been introduced in June 2021 to facilitate MSMEs’ access to markets in the new norm. With the aim to connect worldwide business through networking and business matching virtually, MatchMe has three main features:

• Showcase of products or services;
• Access to an active database of businesses locally and globally; and
• One-to-One networking and business meeting.
