GK Aqua Sdn. Bhd. sets out to undertake its trailblazing aquaculture project which applies biotechnology method in freshwater prawn farming that produces large prawns which results in higher yield per harvest. This project is intended to benefit the inclusive community in the District of Kuala Pilah by way of providing a lucrative income stream through freshwater prawn farming. GK Aqua identifies village aquaculture farmers with readily available ponds to be enrolled onto the project. They will receive training, seed and fries as well as feed for them to start off. GK Aqua buys back the full-grown freshwater prawns at an agreed price, and this ensures steady income to the farmers.
