These women were endowed with training that enables them to construct well-crafted corporate gifts and handmade items. Once they have completed the training and gained essential skills, Rodrell Sdn. Bhd. will then assign projects in the form of job orders to this community. These projects create another source of income for the household and later help them escape poverty
