SME Corp. Malaysia Business Strategic Plan (2022 - 2030) which sets SME Corp. Malaysia’s strategic corporate direction for a nine-year period was released on 27 September 2022. The corporate strategy developed is in line with and supports the National Entrepreneurship Policy 2030 (DKN 2030), Shared Prosperity Vision 2030 (SPV 2030) and Rancangan Malaysia Kedua Belas (RMKe-12).

Themed ‘Pioneering Business Transformation’, the Plan was formulated to help SME Corp. Malaysia in its efforts to catalyse MSME transformation towards achieving sustainability and a leap in business growth. Guided by a long-term strategy, it is based on a ground plan of coordinated, systematic and collective efforts to create more MSMEs in the domestic and global value chains, as well as viable microenterprises.

  • Seismic retrofit, the process of strengthening older buildings in order to make them earthquake-resistant;
  • Naval vessels often undergo retrofitting in dry dock to incorporate new technologies, change their operational designation, or compensate for perceived weaknesses in their design or gun plan; and
